Success-based and paid in two installments.

The success fee is based on a pre-agreed percentage of the hired candidate’s annual gross salary. The fee depends on the position's complexity and the length of the selected guarantee period.

Our Payment Structure is Simple and Transparent:

  • The first installment is due when the employee starts work.

  • The second installment is payable after the successful completion of the guarantee period.

What our guarantee entails

We offer replacement guarantees for all completed orders. If the hired candidate resigns within the guarantee period or fails to meet the employer’s expectations, leading to contract termination during this time, we will repeat the search once again, free of charge.
