Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Preparing quantity and cost calculations from project documentation
• 📝 Preparing quotations and budgets
• 💼 Tendering subcontractor work and preparing contracts
• 🔍 Providing technical and administrative project support
• 📊 Monitoring issued quotations and supporting ongoing projects

Requirements / advantages:

• 📑 Secondary technical or construction qualification (e.g. building construction technician)
• 💻 Confident daily use of MS Office
• 🔧 Precise, reliable and independent work
• 🚗 Category B driving licence and knowledge of CAD software are advantages
• 🏗 Experience preparing construction quotations or delivering construction work is an advantage
