What we offer:

• 💰 EUR 3,500–4,500 gross / month – depending on experience and skill level
• ➡️ Monthly gross equivalent in forints: approximately HUF 1,365,000–1,755,000

Main responsibilities:

• 🧃 Full management of production processes (filling, pasteurisation, UHT, etc.)
• 📅 Coordinating daily and weekly production plans across two sites
• 🧼 Enforcing food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, IFS, BRC)
• 👥 Managing and motivating the production team and shift supervisors
• 🤝 Working with maintenance, logistics, quality assurance and development teams
• 📊 Continuously monitoring production indicators (yield, losses, downtime)
• ⚙️ Initiating and implementing technological improvements
• ⚖️ Ensuring occupational safety and legal compliance

Requirements:

• 🎓 Relevant higher education qualification (food industry, chemical industry, technology)
• 📆 Several years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in management
• 🧪 Experience in beverage production or the dairy industry is an advantage
• 🗣️ English at a communicative level
• 🎓 Slovak language skills are an advantage
• 🎓 Native-level Hungarian
