We are seeking a regional coordinator and customer relations colleague as a subcontractor for our Slovak, Hungarian and Czech projects. The company has been providing residential accessibility solutions for 15 years using its own products, with ongoing expansion into neighbouring countries.

Main responsibilities:

  • 📞 Customer communication by phone and email
  • 📅 Scheduling and checking orders and requesting information
  • 🚚 Preparing installers' schedules
  • 🌟 Improving the customer experience
  • 📈 Supporting efficiency improvement projects
  • 📱 Occasional management of social media posts
  • 🤝 Liaising with local partners
  • 🗂️ Project coordination and administration

We are looking for you if:

  • ✔️ You have customer service or sales experience
  • ✔️ You are looking for full-time work
  • ✔️ You have excellent communication skills and are proactive and energetic
  • ✔️ You work accurately and reliably
  • ✔️ You are empathetic, patient and solution-oriented
  • ✔️ You work effectively both independently and in a team
  • ✔️ You are comfortable working in multiple languages
  • ✔️ Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • ✔️ You enjoy actively using your language skills

An advantage:

  • 📋 Knowledge of business management systems (Monday / SAP / openERP)
  • 🗂️ Project coordination experience
  • 🧾 Basic invoicing knowledge
  • 💼 Sales experience
  • 🌍 English language skills
  • 🚗 Category B driving licence
