Our partner supplies KTM and specialises in precision electrical discharge machining, performing Wire-EDM, start-hole EDM and high-precision metal component manufacturing.

A secondary-level metalworking qualification is mandatory for this position.

Salary + benefits:

• 💰 €4,000–4,500 gross / month base salary (well above the collective agreement minimum)
• ➕ 13th- and 14th-month salaries
• ➕ All overtime paid with a 50% premium

Responsibilities:

• • Manufacturing precision parts using wire electrical discharge machining (Wire-EDM / Drahtschneiden)
• • Start-Hole EDM operations – micro-drilling and producing starter holes
• • CNC milling and surface grinding
• • Assembling tool components, measurement and quality control
• • Handling CAD files, technical drawings and documentation
• • Completing high-precision manufacturing tasks for KTM components on time

🎓 Requirements

• • A relevant secondary-level vocational qualification is mandatory
• • At least B2 German (professional communication)
• • 2–3+ years of relevant toolmaking experience
• • Experience with Wire EDM, CNC milling and CAD
• • Independent and precise work
• • Willingness to work overtime (regular overtime and a two-shift schedule)
• • Category B driving licence + own car
