Responsibilities

• 📋 Checking building services design documentation and overseeing work against the plans
• 🧱 Managing and recording building services material orders
• 🤝 Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• 💬 Active involvement in preparing quotations
• 🏗️ Providing technical support for apartment building construction

Requirements

• 🎓 Relevant building services technician qualification
• 📅 At least 3 years of professional experience in building services installation
• 🏘️ Experience in apartment building construction
• 🧩 Extensive knowledge of materials
• 🚗 Category B driving licence
• 💪 Flexibility, ability to handle a demanding workload and stress resilience
