• ⏰ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00

✅ Requirements / advantages:

• 📑 Secondary qualification in construction (higher education is an advantage)
• 💻 Confident working knowledge of MS Office
• 🛠 Precise, reliable and independent work
• 🚘 Category B driving licence

✅ Site Manager's duties:

• 🔧 Managing work processes on site
• 🧰 Daily on-site briefings for subcontractors and company employees
• 📈 Project documentation and construction log maintenance
• 👷 Coordinating materials, equipment and staff on site
• ⭐ Supervising and ensuring compliance with workplace safety rules
• 🏆 Checking the efficient use of resources
• 🤩 Participating in actual cost calculations
• 📊 Checking quantities in subcontractors' completion certificates and

issuing the certificates

• ⚙️ Participating in technical discussions
• 📱 Preparing daily photographic documentation of construction work
