Responsibilities:

• 📊 Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the business and finance department
• 👥 Leading a finance team of 3–4 people, assigning and monitoring tasks
• 📅 Ensuring deadlines are met and resolving bottlenecks
• 📈 Actively overseeing monthly and annual closing
• 📑 Preparing controlling, financial and management reports
• 💳 Overseeing invoices, cash flow and liquidity
• 📉 Managing receivables and tracking project finances
• 🏦 Liaising with accounting, payroll and banks
• 🔄 Standardising and improving financial processes
• 📋 Handling financial and business administration
• ⚙️ Alongside management and coordination duties, actively participating in the daily operations and administration of the business and finance function

Requirements:

• 🎓 Qualification in business or finance
• 📘 Certified accountant qualification
• 📅 Several years of experience in business and finance
• 👥 Management or team leadership experience
• 📊 Confident financial judgement
• 💻 Knowledge of Excel and enterprise resource planning systems
