Requirements:

• 🎓 Higher technical qualification (secondary qualification is sufficient for a coordinator)
• 👩‍💻 Experience in industrial maintenance
• 💻 Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 🌐 Communicative English, both spoken and written

Main responsibilities:

• 🛠 Developing and operating a preventive facility maintenance plan and system
• 📈 Optimising maintenance processes
• 📓 Managing and updating the maintenance documentation system
• 👥 Maintaining regular contact with suppliers and partners
• 🏰 Organising and quality-checking the work of external companies
• 👨‍💼 Providing technical support and leadership to the maintenance team
• 📝 Preparing weekly/monthly reports and documentation
