Construction Foreman

• 📌 Győr–Komárom–Tatabánya–Tata – We are looking for a Construction Foreman!
• ⏰ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00

✅ Requirements / advantages:

• 📑 Secondary qualification in construction (higher education is an advantage)
• 💻 Confident working knowledge of MS Office
• 🛠 Precise, reliable and independent work
• 🚘 Category B driving licence

✅ Foreman's duties:

• 🔧 Coordinating daily construction activities and managing staff, subcontractors and suppliers
• 🧰 Continually checking budgeted construction quantities against completed work
• 📈 Maintaining the construction log
• 👷 Ensuring work follows the schedule
• ⭐ Ensuring adherence to cost-effective operating principles
• 🏆 Checking the efficient use of resources
• 🤩 Participating in actual cost calculations
• 📊 Calculating quantities from project documentation
• ⚙️ Participating in technical discussions
• 📱 Liaising with subcontractors
