Responsibilities

• 📋 Operating, improving and keeping the quality and environmental management system up to date
• ⚙️ Establishing and optimising quality assurance procedures for manufacturing processes
• 🧾 Managing and updating documentation and ensuring compliance
• 📊 Establishing, tracking and reporting quality and environmental KPIs
• 🔍 Analysing non-conformities, complaints and defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• 🧠 Planning, preparing and conducting internal and external audits and following up on actions
• 🧩 Handling complaints and coordinating defect analysis
• 👥 Managing the team and developing quality awareness
• 📚 Organising education and training
• 🤝 Liaising with authorities, certification bodies and suppliers

Requirements

• 🎓 Quality assurance engineer qualification + higher or secondary technical education
• 📅 Relevant professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in a management role
• 🏭 Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and technologies
• 🧾 Experience in auditing and complaint handling
• 🗣️ Communicative English or German language skills
