Main responsibilities:

• 🏭 Managing the CNC plant and coordinating manufacturing processes
• 🔧 Planning and preparing CNC machining operations
• 💻 Creating and testing machining programs
• 📦 Determining materials, tools and standard times
• 🧾 Managing production documentation
• 🤝 Liaising and cooperating with other departments

Requirements:

• 🎓 CNC programmer / CAM programmer qualification
• 🧠 Knowledge of 3D CAM and design software
• 🔩 Tooling and fixture experience
• 📆 At least 3 years of experience in CNC machining and/or department management

An advantage:

• 🎓 Mechanical engineering or manufacturing technologist qualification
• 🏭 Production management experience in a manufacturing company
• 🖥️ Knowledge of SolidEdge and EdgeCAM
• 🌍 Communicative English or German language skills
• 💡 Creative, proactive attitude
