Finance Manager – Construction

✅ Duties:

• - Checking and coordinating actual cost calculations for construction projects
• - Continuously monitoring the company's cost-effective operation
• - Checking that contracts and invoices match
• - Coordinating with technical preparation staff, company management and other departments
• - Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements for company management
• - Liaising with accountants and supporting audits
• - Developing financial and accounting policies
• - Coordinating and checking accounting work
• - Supporting strategic decisions
• - Managing outstanding receivables
• - Monitoring legislation and preparing tax returns and data submissions
• - Preparing policies and monitoring their implementation

✅ Requirements:

• - Higher education qualification in construction
• - Secondary qualification in economics (higher education is an advantage)
• - At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting
• - At least 5 years of management experience in construction
• - Advanced MS Office skills /Excel, Word, CADCAM/
• - We are looking for a proactive, motivated colleague skilled in conflict management, able to

motivate others and focused on results.
