• - Checking daily construction activities
• - Supervising and providing technical support to site managers and foremen
• - Checking the work of subcontractors and suppliers
• - Continually reviewing construction budget allocations against

completed work

• - Checking the maintenance of construction logs
• - Ensuring work follows the schedule
• - Ensuring adherence to cost-effective operating principles
• - Checking the efficient use of resources
• - Checking actual cost calculations and arranging corrections
• - Participating in technical discussions
• - Strictly checking the quality of completed work
• - Preparing workforce and resource schedules

✅ Requirements:

• - Higher qualification in construction (building construction)
• - Several years of management experience
• - Loyalty
• - Precise, reliable and independent work
• - Category B driving licence
