GLOBEFOX's client acquisition and recruitment work is largely carried out remotely. Digital work organisation involves several practical considerations worth weighing up in everyday operations.

If a discussion's purpose can be achieved online, not every occasion requires travel. For in-person meetings, it is worth clarifying the agenda in advance and, where possible, coordinating meetings planned in the same area.

Sharing documents and marketing materials digitally can reduce unnecessary printing. If printed materials are needed, their quantity and use should be planned in advance.

When using equipment, repairability, expected lifespan and actual need can also be considerations. Introducing a new tool or workflow should be evaluated against practical experience of using it.

These are practical considerations, not quantified claims of environmental results. A business's impact can only be meaningfully assessed using data relating to its own operations.
