July services figures indicate growth compared with the previous month.

According to Eurostat's first estimate of 7 October, in July 2026 seasonally adjusted services production rose by 0.4% in the euro area and 0.3% in the EU month on month. Both areas recorded a 1.5% increase compared with July of the previous year.
How should we interpret it?
The indicator measures services output; it is not the same as the revenue of all businesses. Individual sectors may perform differently.
